Olivia Kollnig, MBA, PMP is a Senior Project Manager at Hospital Corporation of America (HCA). Olivia has a Master of Business Administration degree from Lipscomb University and a BA (Hons) in International Business from Nottingham Business School, UK.
A native of Austria, Olivia focused her early career on tourism, hotel management and catering, picking up several languages which remain her passion to today. At the age of 20 she moved to the United Kingdom to pursue a degree program in International Business from Nottingham Business School. From graduate intern she moved into full-time project management across a variety of sectors and programs within DHL Supply Chain.
Among her contributions to this leading global third-party logistics provider Olivia led the implementation of a permanent Pandemic Response Team for the UK Department of Health, oversaw the business transfer and implementation of a non-emergency patient transport operation for London Imperial NHS Trust and further led numerous new customer implementations and process improvements in transportation, warehousing and Automotive line feed operations. Prior to joining HCA’s Clinical Informatics team in Nashville in 2014 Olivia most recently worked as Training Manager leading the pilot training events in the context of a global SAP change program located in Germany.
Olivia is a passionate learner and believes in providing opportunities for and creating infrastructure for people, teams and organizations to learn and improve their situation and environment. In her free time, she supports the Nashville Chapter of PMI (Project Management Institute) by organizing and supporting focused professional education events. She lives with her husband and two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels in Hendersonville, TN.
