Many thanks to all the Nashville Public Library branches and talented instructors who helped make our Composting at Libraries workshop series such a success. From the greens and the browns to brewing tea and touching worms, our instructors presented the full spectrum of the art of composting. We hope that everyone who came received the inspiration needed to get out there and start their own compost piles. Every little bit of food waste recycled contributes to a healthier planet, smaller land fills, and blossoming gardens.
Are you particularly proud of your perfectly-balanced compost pile? Did you discover an inventive way to keep your pile contained, cooking, and aerobic in an urban setting? If so, please send us your photos! We want to see useful instruction put to practical use. Email firstname.lastname@example.org.
